Our rubber extrusion department extrudes tubing, cord or any custom design to your specification. We can extrude practically any shape (Such as Solid Rubber Profiles, Sponge Rubber Profiles, Co-Extruded Profiles, Flocked Profiles and Profiles with Metal Inserts) in both small and large quantities. Your custom extrusion may be coiled for easy shipping and storage or cut in straight lengths to your desired size.
 MATERIALS:
Our extruded profiles are available in a wide range of elastomers such as EPDM, Nitrile, Neoprene, Silicon, Viton, SBR, Natual Rubber and various other basic raw materials.
Extrusions in special materials such as Viton®, Aflas®, Teflon® can be manufactured. We also manufacture Extruded Profiles in special Fire Retardant, FDA approved and other formulations based on customer applications.

HARDNESS:
We manufacture extrusions ranging from 25 A (soft like foam) to 90 A (hard rigid rubber). Our engineering department can assist you with manufacturing extrusions based on speical profiles and hardness. Please contact us for assistance.

TEMPERATURE RESISTANCE:
We manufacture extrusions in various elastomers having operating temperature ranging from -50 to +260 Degrees Centigrade (up to 300C for short periods)
SIZES AVAILABLE:
Flat strips are available in continuous lengths up to 80mm wide. Minimum thickness 0.5mm. Cords and tubes are available up to 60mm Diameter. Minimum tube ID is 1mm. We can manufacture extusions based on your specific requirements and applications.
